Meet Our Staff

Carol Moretz: Office Manager:

Carol is a qualified dental assistant with incredible experience.  She feels fortunate to have worked in the dental profession for 20 years at several different positions including office management.  Carol knows the answer for all of your questions and is delighted to welcome you to Smith & Co. Dental Practitioners.
Carol has lived in Bel Air for much of her life.  As a mother of three children, she spends much of her time in the local community and is involved heavily in Bel Air sports and recreation.

Cathleen Yost: Hygienist:

Cathleen,  a hygienist at Smith & Co. Dental Practitioners, graduated with honors from the Harrisburg, PA Dental Hygiene program in 2008.  She is not only skilled at maintaining your oral and dental health, but cares about you as one of our valued patients.  Prior to becoming a Dental Hygienist, she spent several years as a qualified dental assistant and thus, has a breadth of knowledge on the various aspects of dentistry unequalled in the profession.
Cathleen resides in southern Pennsylvania with her husband.

Leslie Vettas: Hygienist:

Leslie, a hygienist at Smith & Co. Dental Practitioners, earned her hygiene degree from the Harford Community College Dental Hygiene Program in 2009.  With several years of assisting in other aspects of dentistry, she has a wealth of knowledge and is highly skilled at providing excellent dental care.
Leslie lives in Edgewood with her husband.

Liz Baggett: Assistant:

As a certified dental assistant, Liz joined the Smith & Co. Dental Practitioners team in August 2009.  She is a qualified dental assistant with current certifications in CPR, universal first aid and blood borne pathogen prevention.  Liz excels in making your visit to our office comfortable and relaxing.
Liz is currently attending college part time, taking several courses in pursuit of a degree in dental hygiene.  In her free time, she relishes her time spent with her son.

Sara Dennison: Assistant:

Sara joined the Smith & Co. Dental Practitioners team in November 2009.  She is a qualified dental assistant and very personable person.  In addition to CPR and universal first aid, she has also been thoroughly trained in blood borne pathogen prevention.  Sara will welcome you into our practice and make you feel at ease.
Soon to be married, Sara lives in Havre de Grace.
